With several features in major media and magazines coming up, the construction site of our villa in Prague-Černošice provided the perfect backdrop for a team session. We had a blast working with the amazing photographer @bet_orten, we absolutely love her fresh and unconventional approach to photography!

The car lift installation is officially underway. We’ve opted for a striking yellow color to match the garage's aesthetic: raw concrete paired with vibrant yellow elements and a matching floor finish. This isn't just a garage; it's a design statement.

Together with our client, the site supervisor, and colleagues from @kares_interiors we visited the DAFÉ-PLAST showroom to choose the best panoramic windows for our Villa Jičín project. The Brno-based studio KAREŠ ARCH focuses on modern architecture with a nod to functionalism. Their buildings are characterized by airy, white facades. You can also recognize their villas by the iconic overhanging cantilevers—designed without columns or supports, pushing the absolute limits of contemporary technological possibilities.

The structural stage of our Prague project is officially done. Concrete stairs are in, and @Schueco_cz aluminum windows are fitted. A big thank you to the contractor Rebu–stav s.r.o. for a flawless first collaboration. Excited for the next phase!
